Gosia Johansson is a career coach and trainer who helps individuals discover, develop and enjoy a professional life that is deeply fulfilling, financially rewarding and ideally suited to their strengths, gifts, and passions. With over 12 years experience in international corporate marketing, sales and project management, she has traveled the world to work for renown international corporations like Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, SHOTT AG and Panasonic. She enjoyed the diversity and adventure of this work, but there were times when she would feel frustrated and dissatisfied without knowing why.
Determined to find a way to become happy and fulfilled in her work and move through challenging times with wisdom and skill, she dove into the world of personal growth and development. She studied mindfulness meditation, somatic leadership (as taught by Wendy Palmer) and coaching. These practices opened up a new awareness and clarity for her. She started developing her own system for helping others discover their innate gifts and passions, and become more confident and happy in their work.
In 2007, she entered and completed the coaching and leadership training at the Coaches Training Institute. Two years she launched her own coaching business, Johansson Coaching and co-founded Body Centred Leadership. Now she helps others cultivate a professional life that is deeply fulfilling and financially rewarding.
In addition to working with individuals, Gosia also leads company and group trainings to help employees reconnect with their personal strengths, creativity and intuition so they make better decisions and feel more confident and fulfilled in their work. She lives in Rheinland Pfalz, Germany, and spends her free time being physically active, running, trekking and skiing.
Gosia holds an MBA from University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and a Magister in Marketing and Management from Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, Poland. She speaks English, German, Polish, Spanish and Russian.
